In this role, you will: - Lead change strategy, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments
- Develop and execute communications, engagement, and learning plans
- Create change and enablement materials, including job aids and quick reference guides
- Monitor business readiness, adoption, risks, and overall change progress
- Partner with program leaders and market teams to support deployment and cutover activities
- Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk mitigation recommendations
Who You Are: - 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- Strong SAP transformation experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred)
- Proven success leading change for large, complex enterprise programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills
- Experience supporting global or multi-market deployments preferred
