Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan that aligns with the company's SAP implementation project
- Define change management objectives, activities, and timelines to ensure successful user adoption and integration of SAP solutions
- Work in conjunction with the functional teams within the SAP Support Center and project teams to ensure governance and adherence to best practices.
- Implement and deploy Change Management solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements
- Apply change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions and compliance
- Ensure application deliverables are functionally appropriate, technically sound and well integrated.
- Ensure project team is accountable for risk mitigation through following project methodology and change management standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change
- Identify and analyze key stakeholders, both internal and external to the Client, who will be impacted by the SAP implementation
- Develop tailored communication and engagement plans to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and supportive throughout the change process
- Assess the impact of SAP implementations on business processes, job roles, and organizational structures
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and resistance to change
- Develop mitigation strategies and change management interventions to address identified impacts and risks
- Develop and execute communication plans to effectively disseminate information about the SAP implementation, its benefits, and the change process
- Understand and communicate strategic links between technical and business plans.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip users with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use SAP solutions
- Develop strategies to measure and assess the readiness of users for change
- Monitor and track the adoption and utilization of SAP solutions, identifying areas of resistance or gaps in user engagement
- Develop and implement interventions to promote user acceptance and adoption
- Identify and engage change champions within the organization to support the change process
• Create & execute learning strategies, curriculums, and training plans• Provide guidance and support to change champions in their roles
- Establish change management governance structures, such as steering committees or change management boards, to oversee and guide the change management process
- Effectively communicate project plans, project status, and risks to upper management.
- Ensure alignment between the project team, stakeholders, and change management activities
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the impact of change management interventions and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and innovations in change management
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have at least 15 years of experience demonstrating leadership with project teams either directly (direct reports) or indirectly (project teams).
- Must have significant project experience with ECC 6. 0 or greater, S/4 HANA,
- Excellent verbal and written communication with peers and all levels of management is a must.
- Should be able to adjust readily to multiple demands, concurrent projects, and shifting priorities.
- Should be able to manage significant workload, remove barriers and influence events to achieve results.
- Should be able to lead and monitor resources and work efforts across teams and drive the results of team efforts.
- Have a basic working knowledge of enterprise technology best practices and architecture, including hardware, software, network and applications.
- Significant experience in a complex SAP environments with multiple landscapes and competing business project implementations.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying technologies
- Proven experience in leading large cross-functional teams through all phases of implementing solutions, delivering valuable products and services on time, within budget, and within compliance of internally required and externally mandated standards and practices.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with peers and all levels of management is a must.
