We're looking for a seasoned SAP Systems Manager to lead and enhance our SAP S/4HANA environment. This full-time, onsite role (Monday-Friday in Northwest Houston) supports key business functions including Supply Chain, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Finance. You'll serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders, aligning SAP solutions with business needs. With hands-on configuration experience and a "no-code/low-code" mindset, you'll drive system improvements, support users, and lead SAP-related projects.
Key Responsibilities - Align SAP solutions with business goals and processes
- Lead system operations, enhancements, and user support
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices for scalability and upgrades
- Manage internal and external resources for project execution
- Provide training and change management support
Qualifications - 7+ years SAP experience, including S/4HANA
- Strong consulting, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proven success in project delivery and stakeholder engagement
- SAP certification preferred
- Bachelor's in MIS, Engineering, CS, or Business
Compensation: $ 140,000-160,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
