This is a fixed-term 12-24 month role with Deloitte Global (DTTL) ideal for individuals who would like to gain global experience and return to a role wholly serving their Deloitte firm at the end of the term. Due to the global nature of this role, relocation is not required, nor supported. Candidates would be expected to work from their current location.
What will your typical day look like?The Global Operate Manager is responsible for working with the GP Operate Champion to help drive SAP Operate strategy and priorities. This role will engage with global and local teams to support of the Global GP Operate Champion (PPMD). Additionally, this role will partner with Global team to execute and amplify identified SAP Operate plays as well as define new plays (e.g., cross-business, industry, or AIO plays).
Responsibilities: - Facilitate connections, drive momentum, and provide support for joint efforts between Operate team members (Global and GP) and GP team (Global and MF)
- Assist GP Operate Champion in increasing Operate awareness and adoption among GP team via building key relationships, designing and managing communications and learning plans
- Support the implementation of GP-specific strategy and priorities to increase GP Operate sales and pipeline in priority markets
- Collaboration with various Global Operate workstreams (Marketing, Pricing & Economics, Delivery, Assets, Industry, and Sales)
- Participate and contribute to the GP Operate CoE and maintain close working relationships with members

Whether focused on sales excellence, delivery transformation, quality and risk management, contracts management, finance and operations, capability build, communications and change management, knowledge management, marketing and market intelligence, or other activities, these professionals ensure that our Firm operates efficiently, and our people can effectively serve clients every day.
Enough about us, let's talk about youQualifications - 5 years of experience with client-facing professional services, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategy work. Managed services and/or ecosystem relationship experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, technology, organization effectiveness, communications, or a closely related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and time. Ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining high quality deliverables.
- Exhibits ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, actionable business and strategic recommendations tailored to specific audiences.
- Experience interacting with and influencing internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies. Strong communication skills required.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
