Job Summary
The SAP IS-U Consultant will serve as a hands-on technical resource supporting Retail/Choice utility environments and competitive energy markets. The role will focus on SAP IS-U technical solutions, with strong expertise in IDEX, APE, integration flows, interfaces, and utility market transactions. The consultant will be responsible for technical design, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support while collaborating with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP IS-U solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, enhance, troubleshoot, and support SAP IS-U solutions.
• Develop and support IDEX, APE, integration flows, interfaces, and utility market transactions.
• Provide technical support for Retail/Choice utility environments and competitive energy market processes.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues across SAP IS-U integrations and interfaces.
• Support production environments and troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP IS-U technical solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Contribute to enhancements and continuous improvements across SAP IS-U environments.
Required Qualifications
• Hands-on SAP IS-U technical experience.
• Strong experience supporting Retail/Choice utility environments and competitive energy markets.
• Strong expertise in IDEX and APE.
• Experience with SAP IS-U integration flows, interfaces, and utility market transactions.
• Experience with technical design and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Experience developing and implementing SAP IS-U enhancements.
