Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP IBP configuration and implementation
• Proficiency in core SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles
• Hands-on experience with CI-DS, CPI-DS, RTI
• In-depth knowledge of planning areas, key figures, and master data management
• Effective stakeholder and client management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive SAP IBP implementation projects from start to finish
• Collect and analyze client requirements to design tailored solutions
• Configure core modules such as Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP
• Design and manage planning areas, master data, and key figures
• Create and enhance planning views, dashboards, and Excel add-ins
• Facilitate integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other third-party systems
• Support data modeling, optimize data flows, and enhance system performance
• Conduct various levels of testing, including unit, SIT, and UAT
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during production use
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
• Guide and mentor junior team members to foster their growth
