SAP FICO Architect

Solution Architect I - Enterprise Solutions

UST is searching for a SAP FICO Architect who will lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions and drive finance transformation initiatives.

The opportunity:
• Define end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FI-CO solution architecture and transformation roadmaps
• Conduct business process workshops, requirement assessments, and solution design discussions
• Design and govern Finance processes: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders
• Drive integration with SAP SD, MM, PS, HR modules and external systems
• Provide architectural oversight across implementation, migration, testing, cutover, and support phases
• Review functional designs, enhancements, and RICEFW objects to ensure adherence to SAP best practices
• Mentor and lead project teams while supporting presales activities
• Engage with executive stakeholders and act as trusted advisor to business and IT leadership
• Ensure scalable, integrated, and best-practice SAP solution delivery

What you need:
• 12+ years of SAP experience (8+ years specifically in SAP FI-CO)
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and transformation programs
• Deep expertise in: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, CO-PA, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders
• Proven experience leading global implementations at enterprise scale
• Demonstrated expertise in solution governance and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Deep understanding of cross-functional integrations
• Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
• Experience with Central Finance and Group Reporting
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Experience with global rollouts and SAP CIN (Controlling in Nonconsolidated Ledger)
• API/IDOC integrations and enterprise architecture framework experience
• Prior team leadership and solutioning experience
• Presales experience
• Experience Range: 12-18+ Years

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote - US

Compensation Range: $132,000-$198,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
