We are seeking an experienced SAP WM/EWM Expert with a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in Warehouse Management and Extended Warehouse Management. The ideal candidate will have strong cross‑functional knowledge across Supply Chain, Logistics Execution, MM, SD, and Integration with external systems. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP WM and SAP EWM solutions for complex warehouse operations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
Drive end‑to‑end solution delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go‑live support.
Optimize warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, replenishment, physical inventory, and RF processes.
Integrate EWM with MM, SD, PP, QM, and external systems (e.g., transportation systems, automation, 3PL).
Support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless process integration across the supply chain.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and business users.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of SAP WM/EWM experience, including at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
Strong expertise in:
Inbound and outbound logistics
RF framework and mobile data entry
Slotting, replenishment, and labor management
Wave management and warehouse order creation
HU management and batch management
Solid cross‑functional understanding of MM, SD, PP, QM, and integration points.
Experience with EWM on S/4HANA (preferred).
Well versed with Putaway and picking strategy includes Wave management.
Ability to design and document functional specifications for RICEFW objects.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated warehouse systems (ASRS, conveyors, robotics).
Knowledge of SRM (Stock Room Management).
SAP certification in WM or EWM.
Experience working in global, multi‑plant environments.

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the annual base salary for this position is $100,000-$130,000 + discretionary annual bonus. Pay ranges may vary by location.
