Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced
SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Tester to support the validation and quality assurance of SAP EWM implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP logistics modules, solid testing experience (manual and/or automation), and the ability to work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure system accuracy and operational readiness.
This role requires familiarity with the SAP S/4HANA Front-End UI (SAP Fiori), as most testing will be performed within Fiori applications.Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP EWM modules.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate end-to-end warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected outcomes.
- Verify inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse control processes within SAP EWM.
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, QTest).
- Support test data preparation, system configuration validation, and environment setup for testing cycles.
- Participate in cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live validation phases as needed.
- Provide detailed test reports and metrics to ensure quality and traceability across releases.
Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in SAP EWM testing (manual and/or automation).
- Strong understanding of SAP EWM processes-including inbound/outbound logistics, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and handling unit management.
- Hands-on experience testing SAP integration points (e.g., SAP ECC/S4HANA, WM, TM, MM, or third-party systems).
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA Front-End UI (SAP Fiori) for executing and validating test scenarios.
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, QTest, Zephyr).
- Ability to write clear, comprehensive test documentation and defect reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with S/4HANA EWM implementations.
- Exposure to automation testing tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, UFT).
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics business processes.
- ISTQB or similar testing certification.
