In this position...
• As an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Consultant, you will join a team that executes roadmap of products for NA Warehousing and Outbound Logistics Product Line, within FCSD Tech.
• Work on a balanced product team to deliver committed business outcomes.
• Demonstrate Agile personality and Software Craftsmanship mindset for contributing and leading the agile team for quality deliverables
• Demonstrate Ford+ Behaviors and find opportunities in all areas (Innovation, Cost savings, Efficiency, Learning & Development)

Responsibilities

What you'll do...
  • Responsible for working with customers in understanding requirements and translating to functional specifications, and blue printing for developing solutions.
  • Develop test cases, scenarios, plans, and execute all levels of testing, and assist functional and business teams with testing.
  • Provide post-deployment hyper-care, support production issue escalations, provide Knowledge Transfer to support organization providing production monitoring, triage and issue/problem resolution.
  • Work with ABAP Technical resources to realize the requirements into value for business.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of application security standards.
  • Utilize Jira to manage backlogs, user stories and story acceptance criteria, working closely with the Technical Anchor and ABAP developers to ensure stories are refined and available for iteration planning.
  • Responsible for demonstrating completed features, ensure acceptance criteria are met to deliver valuable, working, tested, quality software iteratively.
  • Collaborate directly and continuously with product team and product owners, to prioritize deliverables geared towards a business and user value driven approach with continuous improvement and innovative mindset.
  • Work across multiple SAP domains across regions as part of a global team
  • Engage in and drive agile practices and behaviors within the product team.
  • Demonstrate good skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.
  • Explore use cases and adoption of native AI capabilities across the EWM legacy and cloud platforms.


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Proven professional experience of 8+ years in a hands-on functional role in Analyzing, Blue printing, Designing, Configuring, Customizing (RICEFW), Implementing, Documenting and Supporting SAP EWM systems, preferably in Automative industry.
  • Work experience in 5+ full SAP EWM life cycle implementations, preferably in S4 HANA.
  • Hands-on experience in Decentralized and Embedded SAP EWM systems.
  • Proficient in EWM Inbound, Outbound and Internal EWM functional areas, Master Data and Operational processes - Good Receipt, Unloading, Deconsolidation, Putaway, Quality Inspection, Physical Inventory Counting, Posting Changes, Stock Transfers, Wave Management, Picking, Packing, Replenishment, Loading, Goods Issue, Slotting. Routing, Availability Groups, Warehouse Tasks, Warehouse Orders, WOCR, Storage Control, Handling Units, Exception handling, Transportation/Opportunistic cross-docking, Value Added Services, RF framework, PPF, integration with label forms, Condition Types, Warehouse Structure configuration, etc.
  • Knowledge of EWM warehouse integration with ECC/S4 HANA core and corresponding Plant, Storage Location, Logistics Execution setup, Movement Types, Output Types/Determination, etc.
  • Familiar with ABAP coding to perform debugging for triaging post-launch issues.
  • Working knowledge of EWM integration with other SPM domains like SPP, FI, MD, MM, SD.
  • Work experience in Agile Methodology, Software Craftsmanship, Agile project handling tools like Rally or Jira
  • Ability to work individually and together with the Product team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across Product teams to accomplish a shared objective.
  • Proven ability to work closely with leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience and teach others.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in decentralized EWM in S/4 HANA on RISE
  • Worked on ECC-S4 Migration experience on SAP RISE
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP, especially on Integration Suite (IS - CPI)
  • SAP certification on EWM, S/4 HANA, BTP-IS
  • Knowledge of FIORI applications
  • Familiar with Warehouse automation like AGV, ASRS, etc., integrations with EWM

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $99,600-$192,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
