WME Group is seeking a Manager, SAP Integration & Development to serve as the lead SAP developer and integration architect for the organization. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for driving SAP development, integration architecture, and technical delivery across WME's global finance systems landscape.

The successful candidate will be expected to design solutions, write code, build integrations, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and actively participate in project delivery while also providing leadership and oversight to developers, consultants, and offshore resources.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP development, and enterprise integration architecture, with prior experience supporting SAP ECC environments strongly preferred. This individual will play a critical role in WME's SAP transformation initiatives and help shape the future-state architecture of the company's enterprise applications ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities
SAP Development & Technical Leadership
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP custom applications, enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and integrations.
  • Write and maintain ABAP code and actively contribute to development efforts across SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
  • Serve as the senior technical lead for SAP development and integration initiatives.
  • Participate directly in solution architecture, technical design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and complex problem resolution.
  • Perform code reviews for internal developers, consultants, and offshore teams to ensure adherence to development standards, performance requirements, security guidelines, and SAP best practices.
  • Establish coding standards, development frameworks, quality assurance processes, and release management procedures.
  • Provide technical coaching and mentorship through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Drive technical remediation and modernization efforts associated with SAP transformation programs.
Integration Architecture & Delivery
  • Design, build, and support integrations between SAP and enterprise applications.
  • Lead integration initiatives involving finance, revenue, treasury, banking, travel, reporting, and third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Develop and support APIs, web services, middleware integrations, and cloud-based integration solutions.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership for SAP Integration Suite, BTP, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Establish integration governance, monitoring, support, and documentation standards.
  • Serve as a key technical contributor during ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives.
  • Participate in custom code analysis, remediation planning, and technical assessments.
  • Evaluate existing integrations and recommend future-state architecture and integration approaches.
  • Partner with implementation consultants and system integrators throughout project delivery.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management
  • Lead and coordinate global teams consisting of employees, contractors, consultants, system integrators, and offshore development resources.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of offshore SAP development and integration teams to ensure quality, delivery, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate technical delivery across internal teams and third-party implementation partners.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operational Support
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical and integration issues.
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and support processes.
  • Support production releases, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Ensure systems meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of SAP technical development experience.
  • Deep hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.
  • Strong ABAP programming experience with demonstrated ability to design, develop, debug, review, and support enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
  • Experience building and supporting complex SAP integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to remain hands-on in development activities while leading technical teams.
  • Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.
  • Experience managing offshore SAP development and support teams.
  • Strong vendor management experience, including oversight of consulting partners and system integrators.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP ECC development and technical architecture experience.
  • SAP Basis knowledge is a big plus.
  • Experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Experience with .net is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Treasury, and Reporting processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP with ERP, CRM, treasury, banking, reporting, data warehouse, travel, and cloud applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
  • SAP certifications in S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP development technologies.
  • Experience within media, entertainment, sports, talent representation, licensing, royalty, or professional services organizations is a significant plus.

$188,000 is the maximum salary compensation for Beverly Hills based on a hybrid schedule.

$187,000 is the maximum salary compensation for New York based on a hybrid schedule.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$126,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$169,000 annually
