Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The SAP Mid-Developer (Supplier Portal) is responsible for complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing for current and proposed enterprise application environments. This role partners closely with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to translate business requirements into sound technical solutions within the Supplier Portal environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with the functional team to understand the development requirement.
  • Interacts with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to suggest a technical approach for the requirement.
  • Develops programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations.
  • Develops a quality technical solution for the requirement per development standards; unit tests and documents test results.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves defects identified during unit testing, integration testing, or user acceptance testing.
  • Prepares and maintains technical documentation, including specifications, configuration notes, and test scripts, for Supplier Portal enhancements.
  • Supports data migration, interface, and integration activities related to the Supplier Portal environment.
  • Participates in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Provides post-deployment support, including monitoring and resolving issues following release to production.
  • Travels on rare occasions (approx. 10%) to client sites for on site support.
  • Adheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.
  • Performs other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years of SAP development experience (S/4HANA implementation experience preferred); or no degree with equivalent level of experience.
  • Experience using development tools available for S/4HANA.
  • High-level understanding of S/4HANA architecture, SAP's "Clean Core" methodology, and the Extensibility concept.
  • Awareness of new ABAP features and RESTful application programming (REST API) concepts.
  • Must have an active government clearance or be able to obtain one prior to hire date (requires U.S. citizenship).

Nice to Have:
  • S/4HANA implementation experience.


Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
