Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of SAP functional experience with hands-on configuration
• Experience with SAP Basis and system administration
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Oracle database, and SAP hosting relationship management
• Proficient in SAP user maintenance, roles, profiles, and SOX documentation
• Experience in requirements gathering and process design
• Familiarity with BAPI, IDOC, BDC, LSMW, and call transaction methods
• Basic knowledge of ABAP programming and OSS notes application
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and define SAP configuration settings
• Coordinate changes with other system analysts and functional leads
• Apply development methodologies to modify and document software changes
• Test and validate system configuration and master data adjustments
• Oversee custom code development ensuring SAP best practices
• Train end-users on SAP functionalities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, and activity execution
• Integrate point solution technologies with SAP
• Establish RF technology interfaces with SAP.
