Job Description: - Looking for more than 10 years' relevant SAP consulting or industry experience in an AMS/ support environment in SAP BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI) and at least 1 end-to-end project implementation in SAP S/4HANA BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Expertise in functional configuration in SAP BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
- Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment settlement, electronic bank statements, and reconciliation.
- Must know BRIM architecture.
- Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements.
- Work with customers to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve day-to-day issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Experience in writing functional specifications to develop custom enhancements/report in SAP.
- Must know customized environments and interfaces with third-party systems.
- Experienced working with global teams and good documentation skills.
- Experience in the Media, Utility, or Telecommunication Industry in BRIM FICA and Convergent Invoicing will be a great asset.
