Essential Duties Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with equipment and plant sanitation.
  • In conjunction with Sanitation Manager, conduct verifications and validations of equipment, processes and programs in relation to sanitation.
  • Assist production employees address sanitation concerns.
  • ESL and Aseptic manufacturing knowledge including sanitation
  • Conduct ongoing audits on cleaning practices and provide training or coaching if needed
  • Assist in environmental monitoring swabbing and testing
  • Track and trend master sanitation data, environmental monitoring data, and pre-operation inspection data to help drive process improvement.
  • Perform master sanitation schedule tasks for sanitation.
  • Complete daily sanitation checklist tasks.
  • Reviews sanitation records and any sanitation preventive control records
  • Must effectively direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with all managers.
  • Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
  • Ensure that all required maintenance is performed.
  • Assist in root cause analysis as needed
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.

  • Maintaining food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner.
  • Report food safety problems to personal with authority to initiate action.
  • Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current.

Coverage...

Sanitation Manager is trained in all aspects of the Sanitation Foreman Job Description and able to perform coverage in this position as needed. Lab technicians are trained and able to perform environmental monitoring testing coverage if needed.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

The pay range for this position is

$95,000-$115,000 USD
