Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in hairstyling and beauty services.
• Licensed cosmetologist or stylist per state requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform various beauty services including cuts, color, and waxing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of stylists to achieve collective goals.
• Provide exceptional cuts, color, and waxing services to clients.
• Participate in ongoing leadership training workshops.
• Ensure a welcoming and efficient salon environment for clients.
• Mentor newer stylists and promote skill development.
