Job DescriptionThe vehicle salesperson is responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.
Compensation (Draw / Commission):- OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $50,000 - $120,000+ / year
Schedule:- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Weekend availability required
- Sales Floor Hours:
- Monday - Saturday 8:30 am to 8 pm
- Sunday: 11 am to 6 pm

Qualifications- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bilingual (Spanish speaker)
- Previous experience in automotive sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
