Salesperson (Bilingual Preferred)

BMW of Downtown Los Angeles | Car Pros Automotive Group

What You'll Do

As a Salesperson at BMW of DTLA, you'll guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchase or lease process while delivering a first-class customer experience that reflects the BMW brand.

Responsibilities
  • Sell and lease new and pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and SUVs
  • Become a product expert by learning the features, benefits, and technology of current BMW models and competitive vehicles
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct professional showroom presentations and test drives
  • Present pricing proposals, financing, and lease options
  • Utilize legal, ethical, and customer-focused sales techniques
  • Maintain all required BMW manufacturer certifications and training
  • Safeguard customer confidential information in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals
  • Deliver every vehicle with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Prospect for new business through phone calls, email, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
  • Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals
  • Utilize and follow the Car Pros sales process
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in VinSolutions
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Comply with all company policies and dealership standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Compensation

Commission + Performance Bonuses

Expected Annual Earnings:
$61,654.28- $139231.32
