• Develop Salesforce user guides, quick reference materials, job aids, and recorded tutorials

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams to identify training needs and readiness gaps
• Tailor training approaches to different audiences (e.g. advisors, assistants/associates, managers, operations, compliance)
• Collect feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness and adoption

Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Track Salesforce training attendance, completion, and effectiveness
• Identify adoption risks and recommend targeted refresher or remediation training
• Support change management efforts by reinforcing Salesforce-driven behaviors and system adoption

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or enablement
• Experience delivering training within financial services, investment management, wealth management, or brokerage environments
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to translate complex processes into practical, user-friendly training
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience training end users on Salesforce or similar CRM/workflow platforms
• Ability to explain Salesforce functionality, workflows, and data concepts in plain language
• Familiarity with Salesforce-supported sales, service, or advisory processes
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or major releases
• Familiarity with CRM-driven sales, service, or advisory processes
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or major releases is a strong asset

Education
• Post-secondary education (Bachelor's degree)
