Experienced in developing requirements, specifications, process flows, design, configuration, development and release planning and execution of salesforce service cloud.
Ability to Design and develop configurations and customizations in salesforce service cloud, to work with product owner to run the agile sprints of delivery and manage offshore project team and ensure to get the deliverables on time
