As a Salesforce Tech Lead, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end technical delivery of complex Salesforce solutions while driving development excellence through hands-on coding and team leadership. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce delivery team and work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce solutions with active hands-on development

What you need to have to be considered

  • Proficiency with Git and repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on experience with metadata deployment tools such as VS Code with SFDX, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Blue Canvas
  • Experience developing and managing integrations using APIs, SOAP/REST services, middleware like MuleSoft, and ETL tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, order of execution, and performance optimization
  • Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft for debugging and resolving integration issues
  • Deep experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures for enterprise-level implementations
  • Strong experience working within Agile delivery frameworks including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct peer code reviews using predefined static code standards
  • Experience driving best practices in DevOps and release management across Salesforce programs

Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $80,000 CAD - $108,000 CAD p.a. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
