Role Overview:This role is for a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in the healthcare domain, specifically focusing on Salesforce Health Cloud. The position involves designing, building, and optimizing Health Cloud Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow, integrating with various upstream systems, and leading technical delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design & build Health Cloud Service Cloud for Claims inventory workflow optimization.
- Integrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
- Lead delivery activities including story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
- Govern compliance with HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, and role/permission modeling.
- Mentor developers and collaborate effectively with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams.

Qualifications:- 4-6 years of overall experience.
- 5 years of healthcare domain experience.
- Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card.
