Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience to lead Salesforce platform assessments, define future-state architecture, and drive enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will own Service Cloud architecture, security model design, platform governance, scalability strategy, and capability rationalization while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Own Salesforce platform assessment and future-state architecture design.
Lead Service Cloud architecture, case management strategy, Omni-Channel implementation, and Digital Engagement solutions.
Design and govern Salesforce security architecture, including role hierarchy, sharing model, profiles, and permission strategies.
Define platform governance, scalability, performance optimization, and best practices.
Architect integrations and enterprise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
Provide recommendations on Salesforce capability rationalization and platform optimization.
Drive solution design across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, Einstein, and Agentforce capabilities.
