Full Job Description
The opportunity

EY Studio+ is helping clients modernize how they sell, serve, engage, and operate through Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, Data 360 (Formerly Data Cloud), Agentforce, and AI-enabled ways of working.

We're looking for a senior, hands-on technical architect - someone with deep Financial Services Cloud implementation experience who still configures, codes, and builds, not just designs on paper and hands off. This role also requires current, working knowledge of Salesforce's AI-native marketing stack - Agentforce Marketing and Marketing Cloud Next. You will contribute across discovery, definition, design, build, test, deploy, and adoption, working closely with clients and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

Your key Responsibilities
  • Configure and extend the Financial Services Cloud data model for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.
  • Build and configure Data 360 pipelines end-to-end: data ingestion, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation into Marketing Cloud and Agentforce.
  • Hands-on development within Agentforce Marketing / Marketing Cloud Next (and Marketing Cloud Engagement where clients haven't migrated): journeys, AMPscript/SSJS, Journey Decisioning, Content Builder, and API-based integrations.
  • Write and review Apex, Flow, LWC, and REST/SOAP integrations connecting FSC, Data 360, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and test Agentforce agents (Prompt Builder, topics/actions, Data 360 grounding) for marketing and service use cases, including escalation paths and human-in-the-loop review points.
  • Use modern delivery tools and AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, testing, and solution validation while maintaining quality and judgment.

Design, discovery and delivery leadership:
  • Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives, FSC-specific operational needs, user journeys, and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate functional requirements into solution designs across FSC, Marketing Cloud, Data 360, integrations, security, and reporting.
  • Identify gaps between current and future-state capabilities, including data readiness and technical debt.
  • Create solution documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration specs for developers, testers, and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, demos, UAT, defect triage, release prep.
  • Mentor consultants on hands-on configuration practices as well as client communication.
  • Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.

Skills and attributes for success
  • Deep, current Financial Services Cloud expertise. Comfortable in the FSC data model and industry-specific processes.
  • Current on Salesforce's AI-native marketing direction: familiarity with Agentforce Marketing, Marketing Cloud Next, Journey Decisioning, and how Data 360 grounds AI agents - able to speak to how this differs from legacy Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Working knowledge of Agentforce and Prompt Builder: agent instructions, topics/actions, knowledge retrieval, testing, escalation patterns.
  • Strong communication skills to translate between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Ability to identify risk across people, process, technology, data, security, privacy, and adoption.

To qualify for the role you must have:
  • A four-year bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud/Data 360 implementation and consulting experience, including at least 2-3 years of hands-on Financial Services Cloud configuration and delivery.
  • Demonstrate technical work - Apex, Flow, LWC, AMPscript/SSJS, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, recent experience with Salesforce's current AI-native marketing capabilities (Agentforce Marketing / Marketing Cloud Next, Data 360, Agentforce), in addition to classic Marketing Cloud Engagement.
  • Track record of successfully leading Salesforce Marketing and Data cloud transformation projects Experience within teams of five or more people.
  • Experience facilitating or supporting requirements, design, or process workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational database concepts, and agile delivery methods.
  • Relevant and valid Salesforce certification(s):
    • Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
    • Marketing Cloud Developer or Engagement Administrator/Consultant
    • Data Cloud Consultant
    • Application Architect or System Architect credential a strong plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel based on client needs.
