Mandatory skills and experience: (Please include skills related to technical as well as domain and non-technical skills and experience as applicable to the position)
Senior years of Salesforce development experience, including Health Cloud projects.
Have led the team of salesforce developers and able to guide them as and when needed.
Expertise in SOQL & SOSL: Advanced proficiency in writing optimized SOQL and SOSL queries for high-volume data retrieval and complex relationship mapping.
Advanced Apex (Java-based syntax): Expert-level development using Apex, including triggers, asynchronous processing (Batchable, Queueable), and deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
OmniStudio (Digital Engagement): Hands-on experience with OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures as the core engine for Life Sciences Cloud workflows.
Lightning Web Components (LWC): Mastery of LWC (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) to build high-performance, custom user interfaces for clinical and patient management.
Relational Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational database design, foreign keys, and data normalization to facilitate the migration from legacy schemas.
Preferred skills Automation Logic (Flow): Advanced capability to design complex Record-Triggered Flows and Screen Flows to replace or augment programmatic logic to make it efficient.
Large Data Volume (LDV) Management: Experience managing multi-million record migrations, including indexing strategies and skinning techniques to avoid Governor Limits.
Experience in delivering complex Salesforce solutions and solving technical challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
