Role: Salesforce Tech Dev Lead

Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce development initiatives across Sales, Service, and custom cloud solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce features including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and integrations.
  • Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee development best practices, code reviews, and deployment processes.
  • Develop scalable Salesforce architecture and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation, and platform limits.
  • Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, or similar) are a strong plus.
