About the Job

Infillion is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Manager to lead the Salesforce Support team and oversee the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across the organization.

This is a senior leadership role combining people management, Salesforce expertise, project delivery, and business partnership. The successful candidate will manage internal team members and external vendors, partner closely with Sales and business leadership, and ensure Salesforce solutions support evolving business needs.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who can manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, drive process improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop the Salesforce Support team, including employees and external vendors.
  • Set priorities, manage performance, and provide coaching and career development.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team environment.
  • Ensure solutions follow Infillion, Catalina, and Salesforce best practices.

Salesforce & Project Delivery
  • Lead the planning and delivery of Salesforce projects and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee testing, releases, documentation, training, and user adoption.
  • Provide escalation management and support for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Business Partnership
  • Partner with Sales leaders and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Salesforce capabilities, automation, process improvement, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and organizational effectiveness through Salesforce.
  • Support solution discovery, requirements gathering, design, UAT, and implementation.

Salesforce Expertise
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, releases, and best practices.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to the Salesforce team.
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovation, certifications, Superbadges, and emerging capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Salesforce and identify opportunities to leverage new functionality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related discipline, or 7+ years of relevant Salesforce experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
  • Required Salesforce Superbadges: Security Specialist, Business Administration Specialist, Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and CPQ Billing Specialist.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201/ADM-211) preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience managing Salesforce teams, vendors, or technology partners.
