Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives Partner with Product Owner to manage backlog, prioritization, and sprint readiness
- Ensure user stories are refined, groomed, and aligned as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams
- Identify and resolve impediments, risks, and dependencies proactively Drive Agile metrics velocity, burndown, predictability, sprint health
- Support UAT, defect triage, and release coordination
- Ensure adherence to enterprise Agile, compliance, and DevOps practices Coach team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Proven experience as Scrum Master in Salesforce programs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Service FSC)Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Agile dashboards Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
- Experience working with distributed (onsite offshore) teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Exposure to CICD, DevOps pipelines (Salesforce)
- Knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and regulatory environment Certifications, Certified Scrum Master (CSM PSM) Mandatory Salesforce certifications Preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
- Prior exposure to banking ecosystem
- Experience managing multi-squad Agile delivery
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
