Agility team is looking for a talented and energetic Scrum Master to help lead projects, develop team synergy and drive business impact. Agility supports the federal customers with their Salesforce application and business process needs.
What You'll Do Here: • Guide the scrum teams and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Engaged development practices and daily activity. As well as actively promote prioritization, team readiness and commitment for each sprint.
• Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of the product backlog across multiple initiatives.
• Partner with Program and Portfolio managers to ensure delivery is consistent with roadmap expectations and broader initiatives
• Communicate delivery of work product from the scrum teams and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness.
• Adhere to existing Software Development Lifecycle and release processes, to ensure all risk, security and development requirements are met.
• Facilitating and accountable for owning the Scrum ceremonies for the scrum team(s).
• Play role in driving Scrum adoption across all levels in the organization.
The Skills You'll Bring: •
MUST HAVE!!! DHS & U.S. Customs and Border Protection Project experience• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of Agile, iterative development and the Scrum ceremonies.

• Expert facilitator and collaborator.
• Experience as a Scrum Master with 3+ years with a software development team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good understanding of SAAS applications - Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile tools.
• Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous deployment environment.
Requirements:- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Coach (CTC)
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design inclusive of:
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.
- Salesforce Administration experience
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $83,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
