Your roleBusiness Architect Work with external or internal clients to build a holistic view of the strategy, capabilities, services, governance, organizational domains and key business process assets for their organization. Lead business architecture solutions for a complete project or lead teams across multiple projects. Lead the integration of project solutions and governance.
Your skills and experience8-12+ years Salesforce experience with strong exposure to CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Conga)
Expertise in end-to-end contract lifecycle management (authoring through execution and repository)
Experience designing CLM data models, templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows
Strong understanding of integration patterns between CPQ, Salesforce, CLM, and ERP systems
Ability to define solution boundaries across CPQ, CLM, and integration layers
Experience designing complex contract approval and negotiation workflows
Strong experience with API integrations, document generation, and workflow automation
Ability to define governance, audit, and compliance models for contract processes
Experience with large-scale contract migration and document data strategy
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 - $193,440.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
