Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Lead with extensive experience in quality assurance for Salesforce platforms.
This role involves leading end-to-end QA efforts, developing test strategies, and mentoring QA team members to ensure high-quality delivery across Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead QA efforts for Salesforce projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.
- Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Utilize test automation tools such as Selenium and Provar to enhance testing efficiency.
- Apply QA methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent and reliable testing outcomes.
- Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring adherence to delivery standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 6 years of experience in QA with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience in a QA Lead role, preferably on Salesforce projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and Provar.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Education: Bachelors Degree
