Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce, Selenium, and the child welfare domain. This role is responsible for validating end-to-end child welfare workflows, complex business logic, regulatory reporting, data security, Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automated regression testing. The position will also develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks to support application quality across Salesforce releases and policy updates.

Key Responsibilities
• Test end-to-end child welfare case management workflows, including intake reports, safety assessments, foster care placements, court proceedings, and adoption finalizations.
• Validate federal and state-mandated data requirements, including AFCARS and NYTD, and verify the accuracy of statutory reports.
• Validate complex business logic, including matrix-based risk assessments, Title IV-E funding eligibility determinations, and automated provider-matching algorithms.
• Audit Salesforce Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Field-Level Security to ensure appropriate protection of sensitive case data and PII.
• Test Salesforce standard and custom objects, Flow automations, Apex triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
• Validate data synchronization and integrations between Salesforce and external state systems.
• Perform testing across Salesforce environments, including Sandboxes and Scratch Orgs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using approaches such as the Page Object Model.
• Build and execute comprehensive automated regression suites following Salesforce seasonal releases and state policy updates.
• Develop XPath and CSS selectors capable of handling Salesforce's dynamic and deeply nested DOM structures and Shadow DOM elements.
• Execute automated test scripts across multiple browsers and responsive layouts.
• Validate application functionality and reliability across supported devices, including mobile tablets.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Create and maintain test cases, automation scripts, test results, and supporting QA documentation.

Required Qualifications
