Job Summary

The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing client relationships ensuring project delivery success and driving business growth through effective stakeholder engagement

Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining strong and positive relationships
Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and manage timelines
Identify opportunities for business expansion and contribute to proposal development
Monitor project progress address risks and implement corrective actions as needed
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure transparency and satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client engagement and service quality

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client engagement activities including onboarding project execution and feedback collection
