Roles and Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client engagement activities including onboarding project execution and feedback collection
Develop and maintain detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Lead regular status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to review progress and resolve issues
Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance service offerings
Coordinate with sales delivery and support teams to ensure seamless client experience
Prepare and present reports on project status risks and opportunities to senior management
Foster longterm partnerships by understanding client business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly
