Job Description:
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and development including customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and security models.
  • Experience with nCino loan management system and basic understanding of Lending operations.
  • Strong experience in integrating Salesforce with other platforms, systems, or applications using APIs and data connectors.
  • Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce REST APIs Proficiency in SQL and database management, particularly in relation to relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts like normalization, denormalization, and entity-relationship modeling.
  • Experience in troubleshooting incident using Apex classes, Triggers, Apex Test Classes for SFDC testing and Batch Apex for complex data processing.
  • Experience in SFDC development using visual force pages, visual force components AJAX Tool kit, SOQL, and SOSL queries.
  • Experience with customizing various SFDC standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases Entitlements, Service Contracts, Reports, and dashboards.
  • Created Page Layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit pages.

Responsibilities :
  • Handle production incidents end-to-end, including ticket triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues.
  • Support deployment activities, production releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes.
  • Validate post-deployment functionality and ensure system stability after every release.
  • Administer and manage Salesforce environments, including users, permissions, and data models.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and manage Salesforce Lightning components, including custom pages, dashboards, and reports.
  • Perform regular health checks and optimize Salesforce instance performance.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
