Job Description: - Design, develop, and customize solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, aligned with banking and wealth management use cases
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, SOQL/SOSL queries, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and customize FSC features such as Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Management
- Implement business automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, and validation rules
- Build and maintain integrations with core banking, KYC/AML, insurance, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ensure data security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and compliance with financial regulations
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, unit testing, and production support
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and adhere to Salesforce best practices
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Metadata)
- Proven experience implementing Financial Services Cloud in banking, insurance, or wealth management programs
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud in a regulated environment
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and data governance
- Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
