We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 15 years of experience to drive endtoend business transformation initiatives leveraging the Salesforce platform The role requires strong expertise in stakeholder management requirement engineering process transformation and Salesforce solution design

Key Responsibilities

1 Business Analysis Solution Design

Lead requirement gathering analysis and documentation BRD FRD user stories torchoracom

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud torchoracom
