Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Configuration
Design develop and maintain custom Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components and Flows
Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient provider and partner experiences
Develop Agentforce powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows.
Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements
Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice
Integrations amp Data Management
Develop and maintain API-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS services and other enterprise systems.
• Implement secure EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and
healthcare data exchange patterns.
Collaborate with data teams to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for real time analytics and unified patient data
Testing Deployment amp Governance
Participate in unit integration and user acceptance testing to ensure high quality deliverables
Work with DevOps teams to manage CI CD pipelines source control and deployment processes
Maintain compliance with enterprise coding standards HIPAA regulations and platform governance policies
Collaboration amp Stakeholder Engagement
AI amp Emerging Technologies
Contribute to the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions using
Salesforce Agentforce and AWS native services
Explore opportunities to optimize workflows case resolution and personalization
through AI driven automation.
Required Experience Skills and Education
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Health Cloud with OmniStudio
Experience Cloud with Lightning Aura components
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud and Experience
Cloud
Hands on development and configuration experience with
Apex classes triggers
Lightning Web Components
Flow and automation tools
Agentforce
Data Cloud integrations
Salesforce certifications required
Experience with SF DevOps tools like Flosum Copado or SFDX Jenkins
