Salesforce Effectiveness & Insights Manager plays a critical role in translating data into actionable customer and business insights that drive commercial performance.
This role works collaboratively across the Galderma matrix-including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Medical-to strengthen execution and enable the sales force through insight-led decision making.
The incumbent bridges analytics and action, ensuring that data informs prioritisation, customer engagement strategies, and field behaviours to accelerate growth.
This position is based at Galderma downtown Toronto office (161 Bay Street) with at least 3 days required to work on site per week. The base salary range for the role is 90,000 - 110,000 CAD.Essential Functions- Insight Generation & Translation: Transform complex data into actionable insights and customer-level recommendations.
- Sales Force Enablement: Provide simple, actionable tools and embed insights into sales routines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders and influence across the matrix organisation.
- Salesforce Effectiveness: Lead incentive design, territory optimisation, and performance tracking.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required; MBA an asset.
- 3-5+ years in Salesforce Effectiveness or Commercial Operations.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics experience.
- Strong ability to translate data into business insights and influence stakeholders.
