UCLA Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect/Developer to join our growing digital solutions team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance the experience of patients, prospective patients, providers, and staff across the health system.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and implementing custom Salesforce solutions in a healthcare environment, leveraging a combination of Apex development, declarative tools, integrations, and third-party applications. Deep expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud, is essential.
As a key technical leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centered solutions that drive operational efficiency, improve engagement, and support UCLA Health's commitment to exceptional patient care.
This flexible hybrid role allows for a blend of remote and on-site work, requiring presence on-site at least quarterly or as needed based on operational requirements. Please note, travel to the "home office" location is not reimbursed. Each employee will complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager to outline expectations and ensure mutual understanding. These arrangements are periodically reviewed and may be adjusted or terminated as necessary.
Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $119,700 - $272,700 annually. The University anticipates offering a salary below $180,000 annually.
