Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer / Senior Administrator to support the design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role will play a key part in establishing and advancing Salesforce best practices while ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce development, multi-org administration, integrations, automation, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications, customizations, and enhancements.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, page layouts, and other platform configurations.
  • Manage Salesforce security, including role hierarchies, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and field-level security.
  • Design, implement, and support integrations between Salesforce and on-premises or cloud-based applications.
  • Lead and support data migration, data management, and data quality initiatives.
  • Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration activities, including user management, access provisioning, and security maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support release management, deployment processes, and DevOps best practices.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, releases, and emerging technologies to recommend continuous improvements.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with a proven track record in solution design, development, and administration.
  • Experience supporting and administering multi-org Salesforce environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools, including Flow Builder and Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience designing and supporting Salesforce integrations with external applications and systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce security architecture, user management, and access controls.
  • Experience with DevOps and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, Gearset, Copado, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Manufacturing Cloud.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics.
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience working within a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) model.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data architecture best practices.


Certifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification preferred.
