You will architect end-to-end solutions across SaaS, PaaS, on prem, and cloud systems; drive automation for business development and marketing; and partner with data, security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and measurable outcomes. Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture
- Define, design, and implement end-to-end solution architectures spanning Salesforce and adjacent SaaS/PaaS/on prem/cloud systems.
- Build and maintain integrations between internal and external platforms using APIs, ETL/ELT, and message-based patterns.
- Develop high-quality Salesforce components (Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components), automation (Flows), and admin configurations.
- Establish non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, reliability) and align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
Business Development and Marketing Enablement
- Integrate Salesforce CRM with business intelligence tools, legal platforms, marketing automation, and financial systems to drive automation and efficiency.
- Build trend analyses and advanced reports for departments, practices, and industry groups to inform BD and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with communications and events teams to measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and scorecards for key BD and marketing KPIs.
Data Management and Integration
- Design and operate ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from marketing platforms, firm data lakes, and external sources.
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks including audits, governance, health checks, data quality, and Flow/automation development.
- Partner with KM/Data teams to define authoritative sources, data models, governed taxonomies/metadata, and search/indexing strategies.
Project Management and Operations
- Define acceptance criteria, test plans, and drive UAT, release cutovers, change management, and user adoption.
- Create and maintain solution runbooks, support models, and knowledge transfer artifacts for IT operations.
- Lead cross-functional delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and track business value and adoption metrics.
Security and Compliance
- Embed least-privilege access, ethical walls, client confidentiality, data residency, and retention requirements in every design.
- Align with firm policies and client outside counsel guidelines; partner with InfoSec on threat modeling, DLP, MDM, device posture, and vendor risk.
- Implement SSO/MFA, secrets management, encryption, logging/monitoring, and audit trails across solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar); advanced degree or additional study/experience in a related field (business, management, operations, data science, machine learning, AI) is a plus.
- 8-12+ years in enterprise application architecture/solution design with 4+ years leading cross-functional delivery.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, integrated business solutions in a law firm or adjacent professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of legal business processes (client/matter intake, conflicts/ethical walls, time & billing, pricing, DMS/KM, marketing/CRM, HR/PD).
- Hands-on experience with legal/professional services technologies and CRM/marketing platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Introhive, Foundation, Aderant).
- Proficiency in integration, databases, and BI (APIs, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Foundation, Intapp, Smartsheet, Microsoft Fabric).
