THE ROLEAccelerate Everpure's go-to-market engine by delivering high-impact, scalable solution architectures across the Everpure Platform ecosystem. In this role, you will own end-to-end Salesforce feature development and integration design to eliminate operational bottlenecks and elevate our Go-To-Market productivity. You will partner directly with cross-functional business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering peers to transform complex go-to-market requirements into robust, high-performing system solutions. This is a journey-level technical role where your code quality, architecture standards, and automation drive measurable operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- System Architecture & Development: Design, code, and deploy complex solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations to optimize the Everpure Platform lifecycle and increase system throughput.
- Integration & Ecosystem Security: Build and maintain scalable REST/SOAP APIs, oAuth authentication flows, and third-party AppExchange integrations to ensure seamless data flow and data integrity across enterprise tools.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Identify structural bottlenecks in CPQ and Order Management workflows, automating business-critical processes via Flow and custom logic to decrease transaction cycle times.
- Release Management & Code Quality: Drive release engineering using GitHub and modern AI-assisted coding tools, upholding rigorous test coverage, peer reviews, and governance across all sandboxes and production deployments.
- Operational Stability: Actively monitor production performance, lead troubleshooting for complex defects, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain platform availability and system uptime.
WHAT YOU BRING- Salesforce Core Engineering Expertise: Advanced proficiency in programmatic Salesforce development, including custom Apex logic, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and complex declarative automation tools (Flows).
- API Integration & Enterprise Architecture: Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing secure REST/SOAP web services, Single Sign-On (SSO), and connecting third-party enterprise applications to Sales Cloud and Communities platforms.
- Modern Developer Tooling: Proven skill in managing source code versioning using Git/GitHub workflows, leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools, and navigating end-to-end CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Analytical Problem Solving & Technical Leadership: Ability to analyze complex data structures, diagnose enterprise system bottlenecks, and articulate technical solutions clearly to cross-functional business partners.
- Work Location Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$138,000-$207,000 USD
