Seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flow to turn business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Salary Range for Salesforce Developer: $120,000 – $145,000

Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities:

Salesforce Developer Responsibilities Include:

•Lead the functional alignment between the USSF baseline metadata package and the Customer’s operational processes.

• Validate data architecture, object models, user security matrix, and portal access structures in the target RCO environment.

•Guide the Solution Consultant and Developer in configuring declarative and programmatic components to match target requirements without breaking upstream package dependencies.

•Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other code-based Salesforce technologies.

•Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.

•Use Flow to solve complex requirements, with the ability to bridge out to code when necessary.

•Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and industry standards.

•Build Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages that meet business requirements.

•Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

•Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and best practices.

•Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other developers, administrators, and QA testers, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to development processes and applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No supervisory/management authority

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: (Basic Qualifications)

•5+ years of Salesforce architecture/consulting experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

•Demonstrated experience working within DoD / Federal Salesforce environments (IL4/IL5 GovCloud).

•Must be a US Citizen.

•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.

•Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Preferred Qualifications:

•TS/SCI w/ Poly is highly preferred

•Certified Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect strongly preferred.
