Overview

Position Overview: 

EIM is looking for a skilled Salesforce Analyst/Administrator to join our Business Enablement team. This role is central to implementing and optimizing Salesforce Education Cloud to support the institution’s business needs and long-term strategic objectives. 

Salesforce Education Cloud enables EIM to effectively manage student relationships and university partnerships, helping us expand as a trusted leader in the healthcare education space. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Enrollment, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Post Professional Services. 

You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all EIM Salesforce platforms, including Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and their integrated systems. 

The ideal candidate brings experience in higher education and/or the Online Program Management (OPM) sector. 

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Evaluate, analyze, and maintain all of EIM Salesforce instances; serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify gaps or necessary changes in existing solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
  • Define project scope, objectives, and feasibility; modify and configure CRM systems to align with business needs and stakeholder requirements. 
  • Develop and execute test plans and validation of related IT solutions, as well as other quality assurance measures; lead testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, usability, etc. 
  • Manage vendor relationships, working on bug fixes, new features, and optimal product usage. 
  • Deliver training, demonstrations, and regular communications to end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption. 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, system architecture, and organizational structures. 
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices, contributing to change management efforts for seamless solution transitions. 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and process mapping. 
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud configuration and administration 
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations with Omnichannel, Zoom Phone, Calendly, Zoom webinar, and CAS systems. 
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights from reports and dashboards.  
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.  

Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications  Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted Required Certifications: None  Preferred Qualifications  

  • Experience in higher education and/or CRM implementations. 
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst) or willingness to obtain them.
