Full Job Description
Job Description Summary:
The Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is the senior technical authority for the Salesforce ecosystem and reports to the Head of CRM. The role converts the CRM vision, platform roadmap, and business priorities established by the Head of CRM and business teams into scalable, secure, supportable architecture across the CRM ecosystem, enterprise integrations, data architecture, and enabling technologies.

The CTA owns architecture integrity, technical design governance, and complex solution assurance. The role partners closely with the Head of CRM, who retains accountability for CRM strategy, team leadership, portfolio prioritization, budgets, vendor management, user adoption, and overall platform performance.

The CTA serves as the final architecture escalation point and a trusted technical advisor to CRM leadership and cross-functional technology partners.
This role is designed as a senior individual contributor architecture position that extends the Head of CRM's leadership capacity through deep technical authority without duplicating business or organizational ownership. CTA accountability focuses on target state architecture, solution design governance, architecture standards, non-functional requirements, technical risk management, complex design assurance, and architecture exception decisions. Shared partnership covers platform roadmap development, major initiative planning, technology evaluations, security and compliance alignment, technical debt strategy, and decision support.

Working within a team of Architects and Developers, this role will mentor team members, evaluates emerging technologies, and serves as the final technical escalation point for complex architectural, integration, data, and platform challenges.
