Job Summary

The Salesforce Business Product Owner is responsible for defining prioritizing and delivering Salesforce product features to meet business needs and drive organizational success

Job Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team Gather analyze and document business requirements related to Salesforce products Define clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals Prioritize product backlog items to maximize value delivery Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing IT and customer support Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Stay updated with Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices Support change management and training initiatives related to Salesforce implementations

Roles and Responsibilities
