Design and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standards.

• Leading cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals
• Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration
elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Regularly monitor and review usage of the application and improve the overall quality of the
product
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new capabilities and bring those learnings to
improve the application
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• 5+ years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• 4+ years of architecture experience.
• Lightning Web Components experience is must.
• Integration implementation via middleware (springboot preferred).
• Strong understanding of multiple app architecture and able to design robust solutions.
• Experience applying software engineering design patterns, including a strong understanding of
object oriented concepts, coding standards and practices
• Strong understanding of web services including SOAP, REST standards and security models,
integration patterns and methods
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience working in a fast-pace, Agile, development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exposure to CRM, Service, Issue Management applications
