KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and process improvement.
Collaborate with technology leaders, architects, engineers to engage in the creation and maintenance of technology blueprints.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team on architecture, design, and implementation best practices.
Collaborate with the security team to ensure that all technology solutions are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that can help the organization achieve its strategic objectives.
Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including technology standards, reference architectures, and system blueprints.
Provide guidance on technology procurement decisions, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and efficient.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure that all technology solutions follow core architecture standards and principles.
Create new architecture practice and governance as part of agile transformation aligned to the agile framework.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or a master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
10+ years of experience in IT application development and system design
Experience in Healthcare or Higher Education industry is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including service-oriented architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and MuleSoft. Experience with other complementary and/or related technologies such as Java/J2EE is a plus.
Experience with designing end to end solution for the cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to independently research solutions, document and present to senior leaders for buy-in.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build trust by delivering on time.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
Experience in cloud computing, DevOps, and agile methodologies
