Job DescriptionAbout the Job: We are seeking a Salesforce Architect who is responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions across our various lines of business. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations of Salesforce applications, provide thought leadership, and navigate the team through design, architecture governance, and application roadmaps.

Position Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across Salesforce platforms.
- Define enterprise Salesforce strategies, data models, sharing and security frameworks, governance standards, and integration patterns.
- Address data privacy, performance, and large data volume considerations in solution designs.
- Facilitate technical design sessions and create high-level and low-level solution documentation, including system landscape diagrams.
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and integration of Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and telephony solutions.
- Design and implement AI-powered agent capabilities, including agent assistance, interaction summarization, knowledge recommendations, and productivity tools.
- Provide architectural guidance for Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization touchpoints to support integrated customer engagement journeys.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and system integrations.
- Mentor and provide technical oversight to onshore and offshore Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Establish development standards and conduct design and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive release management, CI/CD, and Salesforce DevOps practices using package-based deployments, Metadata API, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or similar tools.
- Investigate complex production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Collaborate with QA teams to review test plans, improve test coverage, and support test automation.
- Work effectively within Agile delivery models, including Scrum and Kanban, while collaborating with cross-functional business, product, engineering, and operations teams.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms, including at least 10 years within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- 4-5+ years of proven experience in a Salesforce Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solutions.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and platform security.
- Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and middleware platforms such as Talend or Informatica.
- Strong knowledge of Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, package-based deployments, and tools such as Jenkins and Bitbucket.
- Strong technical leadership, influencing, and mentoring capabilities, including experience managing onshore and offshore teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:- Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Salesforce AI products and capabilities, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and generative AI solutions.
BenefitsSalary Range: $130,000 to $140,000 CAD/ year
The final compensation offered will depend on local market conditions and geographic location, as well as job-related factors such as the candidate's knowledge, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and education/training. Compensation may also include additional components such as benefits, and/or other incentives, where applicable.
