Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce System Architect with a strong background in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Salesforce CPQ, Order Management, and a working knowledge of supply chain processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent client-facing skills, capable of translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a cross-functional environment. The candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and proactive, with a passion for solving business problems and driving innovation. They should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discovery, fit gap sessions with customers to understand the AS-IS state and gaps between current state and to-be state as well as industry best practices
  • Deliver high quality solutions (Salesforce & GLOVIA) to customers.
  • Configure GLOVIA solution in client environment
  • Lead Fujitsu's Support engagements for Salesforce or GLOVIA effectively, managing project scope, schedule, and overall quality of delivery from technical perspective
  • Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states
  • Responsible for supporting overall QA/testing efforts and supporting business with User Acceptance testing.
  • Learn Fujitsu's AppExchange product GLOVIA and assist in designing and implementing customer solution.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • As part of the project team, successfully complete projects and support related activities.
  • Delivering high quality services to customers results in a high CSAT score. KPIs for this role will be Billable utilization, CSAT score, revenue generation and growth activities supported.
  • Conduct peer-review, design reviews
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Configure and maintain processes and automation in Salesforce and GLOVIA including objects, record pages, workflows, validation rules, process builders etc.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing business processes related to order management, order fulfillment, and other supply chain operations.
  • Assist in conducting business process mapping and optimization to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Set up and configure GLOVIA for customer-facing product demos.
  • Assist in creating presentations and collaterals to showcase GLOVIA capabilities.
  • Assist in conducting customer-facing product demos.
  • Create collateral and customer-facing assets such as datasheets, flyers, and solutions offering materials for GLOVIA to support pre-sales and enablement efforts.
  • Support RFP response, estimations, solutioning, proposal drafting and other pursuit activities for GLOVIA and Salesforce.
  • Participate in practice growth activities.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of Agile delivery teams.
  • Support knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  • Stay current with Salesforce and GLOVIA certifications.
  • Demonstrate an energetic, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed and planned for customer engagements.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on experience with one of the areas Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL), Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Order Management (SOM).
  • Experience with two of the areas order-to-cash, inventory visibility, fulfillment and after-market services processes.
  • Experience with integrations with ERP and other systems.
  • Strong knowledge of various integration architecture and patterns with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
  • Hands on experience in creating and executing data migration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
  • Holds one of the following Salesforce certifications:
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Field Service Consultant
  • CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant
  • Or any similar Salesforce consultant credentials
  • Holds 2 or more certifications related to Salesforce System Architect or Salesforce Application Architect path.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, or Order Management Specialist, System Architect, Application Architect are highly preferred.
  • Experience with AI and analytics tools such as Agentforce, Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics), or similar.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar is a plus.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing and/or Retail is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
